This past week has been a doozy.

On Monday my husband and I were forced to evacuate our home due to the fires that were ripping through our neighborhood.

Late that evening, our street opened and we were allowed back in. We were fortunate, our house was still standing and unharmed.

Then, on Tuesday morning the roads were blocked again. We learned, if we left our residence, we couldn’t come back (until the block was lifted).

It was for our own safety as the fire department was still working on putting out fires.

As my mind was focused on the fire, its damages, and the packing and unpacking of our belongings, I had zero creative ideas in mind. I could hardly focus on making anything fun.

So, this Halloween themed bullet journal post is a tad bit late.

Details

This is the bullet journal I use.

I started this layout by hand lettering the days of the week with my red pen from this set. I also used this ruler and a red pen from this set to draw a straight line from the letter ‘Y’ to the end of the page.

Because I am making Halloween layouts for the entire month of October, I decided to use this set and this set of Halloween stamps from The Sassy Club.

I used this acrylic block to hold the stamp and this black ink pad.

After I finished using the Halloween themed stamps, I wrote in the word October with my brush pen from Michael’s (the red from this set is similar).

With one of my favorite stamps.

I wrote in the dates and the word ‘NOTES’ with a black pen that came in the same set as the red pen mentioned above.
